[ Arashi is really unsure how she got roped into this. She hadn't really gone shopping for anything other than groceries in a while. After all, she didn't really... need anything. And there were other priorities further up her to-do list. Like the end of days, and all that...

But here she was, walking into a tiny boutique with Karen... a woman that... she didn't even really know all that well. ]

[Karen, on the other hand, is preening like a cat with cream. Well, not really, she's never been the type to preen and gloat, but she is rather pleased that she's managed to coerce the younger girl into coming out with her today.

It isn't that the severity of their situation is lost on her, not at all, but there are times when she looks at the rag-tag group of Dragons and sees nothing but tired, worn-out teens and her heart can't help but ache.

So when she finds the chance for a distraction, even a strange one as this, she doesn't hesitate in grabbing it.]

I hope you don't mind coming out with me today. I couldn't ask one of the boys to come and Yuzuriha's still a little young...

... Karen had never exactly specified what they were shopping for, but it wasn't like Yuzuriha was that much younger than Arashi, after all. And Arashi still has a pure mind, so it isn't like they're shopping for porn or anything, right? ]
